    Easy first purchase

    Me and my wife have just purchased our first home and to say it was an easy process is an understatement. Both Jessica and Rachel made the whole journey experience a breeze. Not only did they answer all of our questions and kept us up to date, but they had a real care about how they interacted with both of us. Would choose SAS Daniels while Jessica and Rachel were there. I must also give a shout out to Ashleigh for sorting out Declaration of Trust out and providing the same excellent service too. Wish all three of them the best for the future 😊

    Highly recommend!

    Had the absolute pleasure of working with Steph, Rachel, Sarah, and Ashleigh for various parts of the home buying process. We were first time buyers and had lots of questions, and everything was explained clearly. Everyone was very easy to get hold of and they were very prompt in providing us updates throughout the whole process. They were massively helpful and will be using them in the future if/when we sell/buy in the future. Couldn’t recommend SAS Daniels enough. They were incredible.

    Brilliant experience as a first-time buyer

    We instructed SAS Daniels after a recommendation from our broker and couldn't have been happier with the experience. We worked with Anna and she was extremely responsive and diligent throughout the whole process. Our purchase ended up having some minor complications on the seller's side but Anna helped keep us informed (and as relaxed as we could be!) despite this. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for really professional conveyancing service at a fair price. Thanks Anna and team!

    Amazing experience as a first time buyer!

    As a first time buyer we could not have had a better experience. We'd heard stories from friends and family how solicitors are slow to reply, they drag out the process and generally make things take much longer than they should. Our experience was the complete opposite, we were able from viewing to completetion get this done in 7 weeks.
