Peace of mind
Mr Simeon Blewett helped me out of a tricky situation with my tenant, who was advertising my property on AirBnB and registered it with Companies House in a breach of the tenancy contract.
His email to the tenant was straightforward, polite and yet absolutely effective. The tenant surrendered immediately and agreed to leave the property.
I thanked Mr Simeon Blewett, saying that he was like a Swiss Watch. Reliable, responsive, effective and an absolute gentleman.

Defaulting Tenants
It was suggested that Simeon Blewett of Berry & Lambert assist me with a joint tenancy on one of my properties where a spouse had left the property and the other spouse had a very young child and did not work. With Simeon's guidance and Court proceedings we resolved the issue efficiently.

Simeon was a God-sent to deal with my case. My case had so many curve balls he took the time to explain every step in great detail. He advised me promptly of all the pitfalls. Simeon was very efficient and dealt with things promptly. He was kind, caring and understanding, as my case had caused me great distress; he was always available to offer advice, and he handled my case with due diligence. I could not have asked for a better solicitor. He worked really hard on my case to bring a satisfactory outcome, which I am very happy with.

Although my case was a straightforward voluntary redundancy, Simeon was very very professional in his advice, ensuring all possible issues were covered.
