Couldn’t have done it without Craig Smith

Unfortunately when my mother passed and estranged from a sibling I needed an English Lawyer as I live in Scotland . So contacted Wollens to deal with my affairs. Craig Smith was my acting lawyer and was so supportive and explained everything to me . Sibling was not the easiest as he was sole executor , but Craig had my back through the whole process. I would recommend Craig Smith and Wollens to act for myself , family and friends if needed in the future. Very professional and friendly. I can’t thank Craig enough .

Clear, Considered and Responsive

Craig and Shirley at Woollen's have supported us throughout a particularly tricky matter, where usual routes of communication were not possible. The advice that we were given was always very clear and concise and we found Woollen's very responsive to any queries or concerns. They were conscious of the weighty emotional element involved but very mindful of removing the emotion from decision making processes, which made it easier to see the bigger picture. I would certainly recommend to friends or colleagues requiring legal support.

Craig Smith & Monica O'Neill

We unfortunately required Craig & Monica's assistance to help with a dispute between ourselves and a client. But what a positive experience we had despite the issues! I cannot thank them both enough for their help!

Contesting Will

Although I didn't actual meet Craig face to face and only dealt with him through phone calls and email his legal knowledge with regard to family issues with them contesting the Will of my late husband was extremely useful and put my mind at rest after our first telephone consultation. It felt to me like Craig was always there for me, be it at the other end of an email and I could share with him anything that I had been sent, for him to cast an expert eye over.

Excellent service from a friendly team. There's three things you want from a solicitor - someone who knows their stuff and will tell you as it is, someone who communicates clearly and responsively, and someone you feel is on your side and cares about a good outcome. I cannot rate Craig Smith more highly in these regards.
