    Fiona

    Fiona is very efficient and explains the tasks and process very clearly. She is always extremely reliable. I also found Fiona to be very supportive in a difficult situation with power of attorney- she was very clear about the legal situation but also had empathy. And also really stuck up for us when we encountered a very difficult leaseholder. (Lots of situations in one review here!)

    Thank you

    Worked extremely hard on the date set for property purchase completion date to complete the transaction - I add that I had to play my part as well dashing for signature to be witnessed and documents delivered by hand - however I will say, it was the period when annual leave was being taken by many employees.

    AMAZING - Look no further when selling your home!! Fiona Cox you are a credit to Nelsons. Fiona made the whole process of selling our home effortless. We were constantly updated and kept aware what was happening the whole time. Fiona went above & beyond making sure we completed the sale on the agreed date and pushed it over the line with no delays even with our buyers solicitors being very slow.
