When meeting both Bethany and Shannon they made me feel at ease, they were warm and welcoming. Thank you for handling a sensitive case with the utmost care, and honesty throughout. I was able to communicate and talk with trust, confidentiality and express my thoughts and views in a safe place. As a result my outcome was successful and fair to all parties, and a vulnerable child has been protected both present day and in his future.
