Huge thanks to all Departments of Johnson Astills who dealt with a remarkably sensitive, wide-ranging, complex, interlinked and nuanced case for me. They were professional, diligent, engaging and interactive, and even found time for humour in challenging times to keep me bolstered and focused. I have had the pleasure of being represented legally for a family matter by Sharon for almost two years now. From day one Sharon and her team made me feel welcome, that my case was important to them and put me at ease Initially I spoke to Harriet and she did most of the ground work in obtaining evidence and setting me up ready for the first hearing. She was fantastic and got everything moving smoothly. After the first hearing, I was moved over to Sharon's paralegal Rhian, as it made sense to aligne me directly through Sharon's team. Rhian has been absolutely fantastic for the past 18 months or so. She's always made herself available to talk me through what's going on and any queries I may have. She's been extremely professional throughout, but with a more personal touch so that you don't necessarily feel overwhelmed with legal jargon, it really helps to put you at ease. Sharon's been brilliant and involved in my case throughout, knowledgeable goes without saying and with the utmost profession and you can see when she's in court that she is very well respected within the industry. Again, she has that more personal tone that keeps you at ease Even the finer details are top notch too. For example the lady on reception is always polite and helpful when I've called or visited the office. I had the perception it would be like calling the less than helpful doctors desks but that couldn't be further from the case here, the lady is brilliant. Sorry I never got her name With regards to the case, from day one I knew I'd selected the right firm. They guided me through everything, did everything for me, never left me hanging or confused and always gave me every confidence that the right outcome would be achieved The result was my children got everything they asked me to do for them in a court order and that's fantastic. Johnson Astills are the best solicitors that I’ve ever been a client of. I recently had the need of a family specialist and Sharon Percival was able to help my vulnerable partner with whom she was kind, gentle, considerate and understanding.
