Selling and Buying Houses !
Goodlaw Solicitors were recommended to us by our Estate Agent and we are very pleased with the service and support provided by Ellie And Kirsty with regard to the sale of our house, and subsequent purchase of our new home.
At every point of things, we were kept up to date with proceedings, and everything was patiently explained when we had questions. All in all, a very professional service was provided, which helped us through some stressful moments in the process, and we always felt confident that our interests were being looked after. Great work and good communication
Kirsty and Ellie are both really lovely people and provided us with good communication throughout the whole process. Everything on our side was done as quickly as possible by them which was great to see.

Excellent & stress free
Kirsty & Ellie were brilliant handling our sale and purchase. They were super quick to respond to every email, kept us up to date, highlighted things we should be aware of, and were available for phone conversations when we needed them. Having had bad experiences with solicitors for house purchases in the past, they were miles better than we could have expected. Highly recommended.

Exceptional
Kirsty made me realise that it was the best thing to do to start again after the situation with the first buyer & estate agents reached an impasse. She recommended a different estate agents who were more proactive & professional than the previous ones & who found a cash buyer really quickly. She went over & above by dealing with emails at all times of the day & night getting everything in place ready for exchange before she went on leave. I got the feeling she really cared & that she wasn’t just “doing it for the money”.

5 Star Service!
I had a fabulous experience working with Kirsty, her communication was brilliant all the was through the transaction. Any questions I had were no bother and she always explained all the legal jargon in details which was really useful! If Kirsty was unavailable her team were happy to talk with me and assist, my sale went through to completion smoother and quicker than I expected! I have worked with many other solicitors in the past and working with Kirsty was definitely my favourite experience. I will be recommending her to all my friends and family and will be sure to use her in the future.
