Anne-Marie is our Managing Director, she has a vision for Priory Law which breaks away from ‘traditional conveyancing’. Her focus is outstanding communication; therefore, it comes as no surprise that Priory Law offers an exceptional client centric experience. Anne-Marie has always worked in property, she fell into conveyancing when the first law firm she worked for suggested that she study to become a conveyancer. She joined Priory Law with an extensive conveyancing career in both local and corporate firms, drawing from the best of both to provide an outstanding experience bespoke to each clients’ needs. Her legal career was built on foundation of working in other property fields, such as estate agency, letting and block management, giving a well-rounded knowledge of how her peers work and the perspective from which they work. She embarked on this with two children working full time and proudly qualified in 2015 as a licensed conveyancer. Anne-Marie loves her work in property, she is highly experienced and passionate about helping her clients move without stress. Anne-Marie can assist with residential sales, purchases, remortgages, and informal lease extensions. Anne-Marie has two grown up children and lives in Horsham with her fiancé and her cat Oscar. She is not ashamed to say she loves a jigsaw puzzle as well as spa days, long beach walks, chess and is a Formula 1 and football fan.

    Super Helpful

    Couldn't fault them during the purchase of our first property. Kept us informed throughout the whole process and always contactable, which was a big factor we looked for when deciding who to instruct. We really appreciated being given the costs upfront, it meant there were no 'extras' or 'hidden fees' in our final completion statement. Thank you again!

    A long overdue review of excellence

    I recently used Priory Law to purchase my first property and they made the whole process completely stress-free! Anne-Marie kindly put time aside to call me to explain the process and services and Lucy and Cara then took over to manage my purchase. Lucy and Cara were both extremely reliable, always explained everything clearly, provided frequent updates on my purchase and were always happy to support with any queries. Lucy and Cara were also very responsive both via email and over the phone. If ever they were unable to take my call (which was very rare!) my calls were returned within less than an hour, without fail! The service was simply fantastic! Priory Law are the first solicitors I would recommend to anyone and I'll certainly be returning when the time comes to move into a new home!     Last year we were recommended to use Priory Law by our estate agents for recent house sale and purchase. Checking reviews which spoke very highly on Priory Law too, we went ahead. Lucy and the team in a word were excellent. Timely communication, happy to talk on phone or email to alleviate concerns, professional, proactive and friendly. The online portal for documents was easy to use giving progress updates on our progressing sale and purchase. We never felt like we didn't know what action was next or what was expected from us. Such a positive experience over something from a past house sale/purchase that can be very painful and arduous. Thanks Priory Law!
