Last year we were recommended to use Priory Law by our estate agents for recent house sale and purchase. Checking reviews which spoke very highly on Priory Law too, we went ahead. Lucy and the team in a word were excellent. Timely communication, happy to talk on phone or email to alleviate concerns, professional, proactive and friendly. The online portal for documents was easy to use giving progress updates on our progressing sale and purchase. We never felt like we didn't know what action was next or what was expected from us. Such a positive experience over something from a past house sale/purchase that can be very painful and arduous. Thanks Priory Law!

We initially approached Priory Law to manage the selling of our leasehold flat and then the purchasing of our new home. Our solicitor Lucy Wyatt was brilliant throughout the process, always quick to respond and thorough in making sure everything was in order. We had several problems with the buyer taking too long to move things along for us, but Lucy was always rally diligent and proactive in fighting our corner and making sure delays were minimal once she started chasing things up. Since completing on the sale of the flat and purchase of the new home and moving, the buyers' solicitor has been really slow in doing what they needed to and filing the correct paperwork with the freeholder, but Lucy has been brilliant in chasing them up and continuing to advocate for us throughout. Priory are a great firm, really responsive and always delivering a high quality service.
