Conveyancing services for sale of estate property
I contacted the Priory law Group to provide services around the sale of a property from a deceased relative.
During the sale both Cara & Ryan provide a great service, keeping me updated and dealing with any queries I had.
I would use them again if needed and I would recommend them to family & friends.

Best solicitors I’ve worked with - closed in 6 weeks
Let me start by saying the overall start to finish timeline was just about 6 weeks, including Easter and May bank holidays, as well as one of the team going briefly on leave. Well impressed!
The team at Priory Law were on the ball throughout the transaction, answering questions, chasing the buyer solicitors and ensuring I’m kept informed at all times. Thanks Cara, Ryan, Amy, and everyone that worked on the case behind the scenes. Really appreciate everything!

Excellent
Ryan completed a difficult transfer or equity and house purchase on my behalf. The system is easy to use and keeps you well updated. The initial quotation was transparent with no hidden extras, which was great. When I had a question, it was responded to quickly, clearly and the communication in general was excellent. They made a stressful situation far easier.

Used twice, Phenomenal both times
I have used both Anne-Marie and Ryan at this firm, for 2 separate transactions. Priory Law is like a breath of fresh air. I have used many conveyancing firms over the years and they stand out a mile from the rest. Nothing is too much trouble, you can always get hold of them, they are much quicker to respond and get things moving. Overall just a fantastic service. I would not hesitate to recommend them, and I do regularly.

Great service from Ryan & Priory Law
Really pleased with Priory Law & Ryan who managed our house purchase. He worked through slow sellers and a blip in communication to push our transaction through quickly before the stamp duty changes. Would definitely recommend this firm.

Purchase and sale dealt with brilliantly
Priory Law were fantastic in our recent house purchase and flat sale. Other parties in the chain certainly didn’t make it easy but the whole team at Priory Law were on the ball and got it over the line. I’m extremely happy with the service and will absolutely use Priory Law again in the future.

Great service

Very efficient
Initially very efficient administration, although didn’t check they were on the panel of lender until very close to exchange which ultimately delayed matters.

Thank you for your feedback Alison. We are pleased the service provided was efficient. Lenders often bring these challenges to many conveyancing transactions as their requirements continuously change. Although we were on the panel for the lender, their migration to a digital portal, without any notification to us, resulted in a new application for membership being required. Such events allow us to learn and re-align our internal practices to monitor panel status regularly to avoid such issues going forward.
