We engaged Priory Law ti help us with conveyancing our house. Ryan was personable, proactive and quick to sort things out as they arose. With him and Amy they both provided an excellent service which continued for quite some time after the job was done without hesitation. All at a very competitive price too. Would use them again, no question. need to sort out the App though, that didn’t really help which we’d hoped it would.

The team at Priory have been brilliant over the past 18 months, helping us to extend our lease, sell our house and buy a new house! The selling/buying process was long and painful due to a buyer pulling out and everyone else’s solicitors being a bit useless - but Priory were brilliant every step of the way and we were so glad to have them on our team! They are very approachable and friendly, and were really helpful looking into an extra issue that cropped up that wasn’t really part of their remit. We are so, so glad we used Priory - we now live at the opposite end of the country but I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Highly recommend!! Thank you Priory :)

Anne-Marie and the team are miracle workers. My purchase was a particularly complex one. Somehow Anne-Marie pulled off a simultaneous exchange and completion on the day my mortgage offer expired (had already been extended) with my transfer of equity being released only 5 working days prior. I still have no idea how she did it, but she did and I am incredibly grateful. There is a real personal touch and care that I feel sets them apart from the rest. Everybody was always very responsive and no question on my side was too annoying. Thank you again!

Ryan and his team at Priory Law have been absolutely brilliant in the way they helped us close the purchase. Always prompt and professional in his responses he assisted us in understanding the whole process especially give we were buying a property that was going through the probate process. I would recommend Priory Law without a doubt to anyone looking for a trustworthy and efficient solicitor.

Cannot recommend or praise the whole team that worked on my sale and the buying of my new property. Having never bought or sold a property before was pleased to accept any offer of help as my estate agent recommended Priory Law that is who we dealt with. The whole selling took a long time after sale and purchase was agreed but we stuck with it Everting worked out fine as all parties were prepared to wait. And I was regularly informed of any developments
