    great service and very personable

    I had a tight timescale to purchase a property with added complications thrown in halfway through the purchase. They rose to the challenge and enabled me to complete on time. When I called they didn't dodge phone calls. Always told me "as it was". I felt they were on my side and really cared and I wasn't just a number and someone to send invoices to. Well done to all the team and thank you.

    We initially approached Priory Law to manage the selling of our leasehold flat and then the purchasing of our new home. Our solicitor Lucy Wyatt was brilliant throughout the process, always quick to respond and thorough in making sure everything was in order. We had several problems with the buyer taking too long to move things along for us, but Lucy was always rally diligent and proactive in fighting our corner and making sure delays were minimal once she started chasing things up. Since completing on the sale of the flat and purchase of the new home and moving, the buyers' solicitor has been really slow in doing what they needed to and filing the correct paperwork with the freeholder, but Lucy has been brilliant in chasing them up and continuing to advocate for us throughout. Priory are a great firm, really responsive and always delivering a high quality service.
