I am writing to express my thanks for the excellent service you provided to Synergee Limited in relation to our recent statutory demerger. This was an unusual and relatively complex situation which required the drafting of a demerger contract specific to our situation. From our initial meeting where we discussed the objectives of the demerger and the requirements to protect the terms HMRC clearance received, you took the lead and navigated calmly through what could have been a very difficult and stressful undertaking. You brought the matter to a successful conclusion on time, on budget, and with my sanity intact. I will have no hesitation in continuing to recommend your services.

I needed initial advice about an approach that had been made to purchase my company. Paul was readily available, clearly very knowledgeable and no question was too basic for him to cover for me. I left our meeting confident I knew what to do, what not to do and what the next steps should be.
