As a first time buyer there are a lot of unknowns however Hayley was brilliant at explaining everything that needed to be done with each step of the process and was incredibly patient. The most kind, patient, professional solicitor EVER!!
We had the great pleasure and joy to work with wonderful Hayley on our first ever purchase of a home. Not only was she prompt with all emails, she was also so patient with all our queries during this long process as we were at the start of a chain! I don’t think this process could have gone half as smoothly if it wasn’t for Hayley’s strong ethics and kindness towards us as clients, but also her brilliant, clear advice all the way till the very end. Hayley went above and beyond for us! We were very lucky to work with her and my partner and I couldn’t be happier. Hayley’s tenacity, professionalism and efficiency is 10 gold stars! Conveyancing
We used Hayley Good of Rowberry Morris for the sale of our house and the purchase of our new house, and so glad we did! The situation is already a stressful one so it was good to know we were in such good hands. Hayley was very thorough and easily contactable. I even had email responses from her on a weekend and being so local I could drop in to hand in or sign any paperwork when needed. I would 100% use Hayley again in the future without question. Conveyancing
Hayley Good was in charge of the sale of my property. The first sale failed after funds were not available then we re-marketed a couple of months later we had a new buyer. It was a difficult sale being the Head Lease at fault. Hayley negotiated around it superbly and conversed with the buyers Solicitor. She was very professional, helpful and understanding of my irritation when this problem arose. Hayley is the best Solicitor I have dealt with and I have sold and bought many times. My family and I will be using Rowberry Morris for our wills etc now.
Well worth going to a professional company. Highly recommend.
