I had a complicated move across the country which was quite awkward and full of unknowns and changing situations.

We sold our property during the busiest possible time during the COVID stamp duty exemption. Despite pressure from all around, Grace Crawley from Rowberry Morris was exceptional! She was always available to answer numerous questions, exteremely knowledgable and friendly and incredibly proactive in all matters. There were a handful of occasions where I chased something up which was already handled weeks ago from our side. If all solicitors were as good as her and this firm, then the whole industry would run like clockwork.

We rapidly had to adapt to circumstances and split our chain which was no problem at all. Grace made the whole process clear and concise and explained all costs (which were really reasonable!).

Throughout the whole process, we never had to meet in person, which was really helpful as we were travelling a lot.

A number of months after selling our property, we were ready to purchase at the opposite end of the country. The seller was extremely awkward but Grace managed to deal with the countless back and forths and absorbed any stress from ourselves.

Grace had some well deserved holiday during the end of our dealings and McBriggs Antwi-Boasiako took over the case. We found him to be also extremely professional and proactive and he regularly reassured us that everything was under control and on schedule.

Moving house is stressful, the pandemic is stressful, moving across the country is stressful but I am so grateful for having Grace & McBriggs deal with our case. It made the whole experience as smooth as possible and significantly reduced any anxiety.
