As a first time buyer there are a lot of unknowns however Hayley was brilliant at explaining everything that needed to be done with each step of the process and was incredibly patient. I found Stuarts calm and reassuring approach to my matter very reassuring, I felt I was in safe hands. His work to finalise my divorce was handled in an efficient and speedy manner. We used Richard Tweed from Rowberry Morris for the purchase of our first home and he was fantastic. When we first approached them we were walked through costs and services provided in a step by step fashion, which was extremely helpful being first-time buyers and new to the process. Throughout the transaxtipn his communication with us was consistent and he dealt with any issues faced proactively. I had a rather complicated move because the property I was selling was a former shared ownership which I had staircased to 100% some years ago but the previous solicitors had failed to process it correctly with the land registry.
