Excellent Service and Genuine Care
I would highly recommend Mackenzie Jones Solicitors Limited. Based on my experience, they provide an excellent service and genuinely care about people who need their advice. I contacted them a couple of days ago after they were recommended to me, and I was so impressed by how helpful, genuine and approachable they were. I never felt that it was simply about the money; they genuinely took the time to listen and help me. The solicitor sent me a link to a Microsoft Teams meeting so that he could explain what my existing Will means and advise me on whether I need to prepare new mirror Wills. He took the time to go through everything with me and gave me clear and helpful advice. I even asked how much I would be charged for the time he had spent talking with me, and I was told there would be no charge, as it was simply an initial chat. I was genuinely touched by this, as I had simply wanted some advice and clarification, and they were so generous with their time. I didn't even have to make an appointment in advance, and the advice I received has given me great peace of mind. I am truly grateful for the time, kindness and advice I was given. I would definitely recommend Mackenzie Jones Solicitors to anyone looking for professional, helpful and genuine advice. Excellent service, and a firm that genuinely cares about its clients. I would certainly use their services again in the future if I need legal advice or assistance.
