I would highly recommend Mackenzie Jones Solicitors Limited. Based on my experience, they provide an excellent service and genuinely care about people who need their advice. I contacted them a couple of days ago after they were recommended to me, and I was so impressed by how helpful, genuine and approachable they were. I never felt that it was simply about the money; they genuinely took the time to listen and help me. The solicitor sent me a link to a Microsoft Teams meeting so that he could explain what my existing Will means and advise me on whether I need to prepare new mirror Wills. He took the time to go through everything with me and gave me clear and helpful advice. I even asked how much I would be charged for the time he had spent talking with me, and I was told there would be no charge, as it was simply an initial chat. I was genuinely touched by this, as I had simply wanted some advice and clarification, and they were so generous with their time. I didn't even have to make an appointment in advance, and the advice I received has given me great peace of mind. I am truly grateful for the time, kindness and advice I was given. I would definitely recommend Mackenzie Jones Solicitors to anyone looking for professional, helpful and genuine advice. Excellent service, and a firm that genuinely cares about its clients. I would certainly use their services again in the future if I need legal advice or assistance.

Mackenzie Jones were professional, prompt to respond, easy to communicate with, very diligent and had enormous patience dealing with very slow and tricky landlords to complete an agreed surrender of a lease.

Andrew provided excellent advice throughout my proposed practice acquisition. As a first time buyer, he was knowledgeable, responsive and always took the time to explain everything clearly. Hannah has been amazing in the process of buying a house even tho it fell through very late. we have not had to contact her once she has been chasing our tails.
