Really swift with getting all the searches done
Our experience with Mackenzie Jones was mostly positive, our solicitor Jo was extremely efficient with getting all searches completed as soon as we instructed her. The only downside I would say is that, towards the end of the purchase, we felt there was less of a presence and our solicitor didn’t really push for the sale as much as we’d have liked, like our mortgage advisor did. We also found we were getting email updates from our solicitor weeks after we had already received that information ourselves via the estate agent despite asking them to push/ query things and we did have to remind the solicitor about a retention fee we were owed which was missed initially of the final completion sum. However, most correspondence was swift and Stephanie who picked up our case at the end was very prompt and efficient.
