I really wasn’t looking forward to selling my home and buying a new one. Laura was recommended to me and the whole process was a lot less stressful than I had anticipated. Her communication during the whole process was great and I felt valued as a client. Phone calls were returned in a timely and I was kept updated regularly from start to finish. We were looking for local solicitors to buy a house and so Mackenzie Jones were recommended to us by friends. They are simply outstanding. The purchase had some complexities in that there was the conversion of a leasehold to freehold in the midst. This was no issue whatsoever to Jo Jones, our conveyancer, who explained what happens and who has the experience to put any worried mine at rest. Jo and her assistants are extremely responsive, clear and polite. I cannot recommend them highly enough. As a side note; Mackenzie Jones' fees are extremely reasonable. My first purchase fell through and the bill was a fifth of what I was expecting. I did not hesitate in asking Jo if she would act on our behalf for our upcoming house sale. Excellent company.

Hannah has been amazing in the process of buying a house even tho it fell through very late. we have not had to contact her once she has been chasing our tails.
