great communication and support

Fabulous in every way
Nicola and Laura have made my experience completing on my first house a dream. With regular updates via the app, email and phone I could not have asked for better service. They were very responsive, knowledgeable and patient especially with all of the questions I had. I will not hesitate to recommend or use them again in the future.

First Class (Highly recommended)
I recently divorced and purchased a new house and also had to transfer the old house to my ex-partner. Nicola and Laura supported in doing this and pulled out all the stops due to some additional complications from my ex. They made the process smooth, had the best interests for me and my lender and moved at great speeds to ensure the exchange and completion was done in record time. Communication from both was excellent, the app the company had was a great tool to process paperwork and also communicate with updates with rapid replies. I would highly recommend and 100% use again. Good although lengthy process
Nicola and Laura were responsive throughout the process although it felt at times (particularly at the beginning) that we had to chase to try and move things along (we also at times delayed the process a little). It wasn't entirely clear if the action or questions were with them or the other solicitors. It took 6 months to completion which is longer than we would have hoped for. Having said that, it was a flat with a few complexities. Whenever we contacted them they were available to provide their guidance.

Excellent service
Great service. The App worked great so I was able to see where I was up to in the process and any messages/queries were answered very quickly. Would recommend.
