Many thanks Jasmin
Thank you so much to Sammy and Courtney who handled the purchase of my daughter's first property. Right from the outset they were a model of courtesy and efficiency. They were proactive in chasing up the vendors' solicitors and thanks to this the transaction was completed on time. It's very rare to find service of this quality so a massive thank you from my daughter and myself for your hard work and support.

Just want to thank Rowlinsons in helping us with the sale of our apartment. The communication was excellent and process seamless. A special mention to Courtney and Sammy who were very professional and so easy to deal with it.

Many thanks Maureen & Martin!
Really helpful and friendly, explained questions to answers simply with little legal jargon that I wouldn’t understand. Sammy was very approachable and professional, really happy that I was recommended to them.

My solicitor was Sammy Woodward and her legal assistant, Courtney Klemp; together they provided a professional and super efficient conveyancing service; extremely organised and experts in their field. I am especially thankful for their flexibility in tailoring their service and support to accommodate my circumstances, they were indeed a perfect fit, and I cannot begin to express the gratitude I feel. Highly recommended.

We used McCarthy Bennett Holland recently on our house purchase, Caroline was the lady dealing with our case and she was fabulous, everytime I rang (which was quite regular) I managed to speak to her, never had any of this 'she'll get back to you' and never doesn't. We had an awful time with our buyers solicitor who was basically AWOL and Caroline dealt with this brilliantly, everything was done very promptly and communication was always forefront, I would recommend her to everyone I know needing this kind of service. Thank you Caroline and Sammi
