Sammy completed her Law Degree at the University of Salford in 2014. She qualified as a Licenced Conveyancer in October 2016 and as a Solicitor in November 2018. She is therefore dual qualified. Sammy was promoted to Partnership on 1st November 2020. Sammy has worked in various roles at McCarthy Bennett Holland including receptionist and secretary before working her way up to fee earner level. She therefore has vast knowledge of the firm and the local client base. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!! Cannot recommend Sammy and Elisha enough they have made the whole experience in buying my First home stress free and easy. We used McCarthy Bennett Holland recently on our house purchase, Caroline was the lady dealing with our case and she was fabulous, everytime I rang (which was quite regular) I managed to speak to her, never had any of this 'she'll get back to you' and never doesn't.
We had an awful time with our buyers solicitor who was basically AWOL and Caroline dealt with this brilliantly, everything was done very promptly and communication was always forefront, I would recommend her to everyone I know needing this kind of service.

Excellent Service Regarding A Transfer Of Equity
I had a very messy/complicated Transfer of Equity process to follow with my home due to a partner separation, therefore needed a Property Conveyancer. My sister had a good experience with using MBH previously when purchasing her home, therefore had been highly recommended to me.
My Conveyancer who took on my case (Sammy) was brilliant, and got me through the process one step at a time with regular comms all along the way, resulting in the buy out of my home from my ex partner completing correctly.

We had a really great experience with MBH especially our solicitor Sammy . Really helpful , informative and quick to respond. Even though we did not live in the area of the office this didn’t inhibit the ability to get 5 star conveyancing done easily . 100% recommend
