If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!! Cannot recommend Sammy and Elisha enough they have made the whole experience in buying my First home stress free and easy. They responded to everyone of my questions and nothing was too much trouble. If you are looking to buy a house Sammy is definitely the go to Solicitor!!!! Will be recommending to all my friends/Family

Outstanding Support and Guidance for a First-Time Buyer
I had an excellent experience with Rowlinsons Solicitors. As a first-time buyer I was quite nervous, but my solicitor, Sammy, and his assistant Chloe, guided me through every step with patience and professionalism. They were incredibly helpful, responsive, and made the whole process much easier than I expected.

Best conveyancing solicitors
I had a very positive experience with Sammy and Chloe. In what seemed like a complicated case, they managed to follow up and were prompt and professional in their response and finally got to completion. These two are the best team, thank you to Sammy and Chloe.

Property Investment Purchase

Re mortgage with complications
When completing a re-mortgage I came across a few challenges with charges on my property I was unaware of but the team rallied around and assisted in helping me to overcome each challenge and clear up each matter. I must describe them as a very kind non judgemental professional team.
Excellent at getting back to you and happy to call and discuss any concerns you may have with no waiting, I would definitely recommend them.
Never before have I seen a slogan I agree with more I truly felt they were 'on my side and by my side' throughout the whole experience

Brilliant Service
Sammy-Jo at MBH Solicitors was brilliant all the way through the purchase of my first home.
As a first time buyer, I had no knowledge of the conveyancing process - but Sammy-Jo ensured I remained informed throughout. Selling Properties
