We have had a really efficient and effective communication throughout our process of completing on a property purchase. Having accepted the role of executor in the will of my in-laws, when the time arrived of their passing I had no idea where to start. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!! Cannot recommend Sammy and Elisha enough they have made the whole experience in buying my First home stress free and easy. They responded to everyone of my questions and nothing was too much trouble. If you are looking to buy a house Sammy is definitely the go to Solicitor!!!! We used McCarthy Bennett Holland recently on our house purchase, Caroline was the lady dealing with our case and she was fabulous, everytime I rang (which was quite regular) I managed to speak to her, never had any of this 'she'll get back to you' and never doesn't. We had an awful time with our buyers solicitor who was basically AWOL and Caroline dealt with this brilliantly, everything was done very promptly and communication was always forefront, I would recommend her to everyone I know needing this kind of service.
