I would highly recommended Amicus Law, especially Erin Darling-Finan, who represented us against a public organisation to try and get some answers regarding a close family member who had been unjustly treated at work, a family member who is sadly no longer with us. It meant a great deal to the family to have Erin’s wealth of knowledge and experience on our journey to get justice for what happened and to be able to seek some accountability. After we were ignored trying to request the information by ourselves, we looked for help and the first phone call we had with Erin to discuss the case gave us hope. From then on Erin’s professionalism, determination and compassion shone through. It was not an easy road for all of us with many bumps along the way but Erin did not give up. Each stage of the process was very well explained to us and we were always kept well informed regarding responses and next steps.
