I cannot praise Wollens Barnstaple branch highly enough for excellent, professional service when selling and purchasing property. Legal Execs. and reception staff
I dealt with 2 Legal Execs. , who were really helpful, especially Liz. Had face-to-face contact with them. The reception staff were brilliant too, at a time of great stress for me, they were calm and empathetic.

the divorce process
I think this process was made as painless as possible. No to say there was no pain but at all times I felt informed and that my thoughts and feelings counted in what is a brutal process.

Great service!
Andrew, Liz and the team made our house move easy, as stress-free as possible and were proactive in keeping the chain moving forward. Communication was relevant and timely. No query or question was a silly question, everything explained clearly and every care taken. We feel we were given the best service at very reasonable costs. A huge thank you from us, we will be back (but not until we move again!!).

House sale and onward purchase.

Selling of Property
From start to finish Woollens, Liz and Andrew, helped us every step of the way. Thoroughly professional and very quick turn around with the sale, could no have asked for a better service. I am sure at times with my many silly questions their eyebrows were raised but they always answered courteously. I can honestly say that I have sold a few properties in the past but Woollens do offer a competitive service that is very hard to beat. Will definitely use again.

Dealing with Andrew Wood and Liz Rigden
Dealing with Andrew was a pleasure.
He contacted me at the beginning of the transactions with him to explain that he had taken over from his predecessor and I immediately had confidence that he would deal professionally and efficiently with our house sale.
He always seemed to be at his desk and answered the phone immediately. there was a clear message from him when he was going on holiday and Liz dealt with everything in his absence along with a professional partner.
