Prior to this, Samuel completed his Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Law School and graduated from the University of Derby with a 2.1 LLB law degree. During his training contract, Samuel gained exposure to civil litigation, contentious probate and commercial property matters. Samuel's areas of expertise include Will drafting and estate planning, Lasting Power of Attorney, Trust creation, Court of Protection applications and administering estates with both UK and foreign assets. Samuel also has a wealth of experience of working with high-net-worth individuals and business owners focusing on estate planning, tax advice and business Powers of Attorney to ensure both personal and business assets are protected. As well as being able to advise on a wide range of matters, Samuel prides himself on providing a high level of service, swiftly progressing matters and delivering advice in a manner that puts the client at ease. Samuel is a fluent German speaker with a solid understanding of technical vocabulary on legal matters.

I have used the services of Samuel Amer, solicitor, a few times in the last 2 or 3 years with regards to things to think about as you get older. His knowledge and user friendly manner makes it a pleasure to pay him a visit. Rowlinsons are lucky to have him.

Housing & Property

Property purchase and declaration of trust

We made contact with Jazmine Hume who assisted us in the purchase of our first property. Prior to any correspondence with Jazmine we were apprehensive and were expecting the process to be lengthy and stressful but our experience could not have been any easier. Our experience had been nothing shy of excellent, Jazmine’s communication has been outstanding through and she has assisted us through the entire process, which actually only took 3 weeks for completion. Jazmine was able to answer any questions we had in a timely manner and has been incredibly supportive and helpful throughout the short process. The use of the app has been brilliant and so quick and easy to use for clients. Jazmine was able to put us in contact with Samuel Amer who we completed the declaration of trust with and Samuel has been exalt as brilliant in completing the documents for us in such a short amount of time. We would only ever recommend Rowlinsons Solicitors to family and friends in the future.
