My experience pre Jenifer & Palmers was 3 years of pain juggling, navigating and utter denial from the other side, so I feel personally incredibly fortunate to have had my solicitor- Jenifer supporting me through my personal injury claim. While I appreciate this is her profession, I never once felt like Just a client (ok maybe first visit ) - her experience expertise and level of care truly exceeded my expectations. Bringing not only professionalism, but a warmth and even moments of laughter when most needed. She believed in me from the very beginning and guided me with professionalism, clarity, and I felt genuine care throughout. At times the process felt overwhelming, but she always reassured me and kept everything on track. Consulted but given time to process like an invisible guiding hand, decisions made together What made the biggest difference was her personal approach — she was always approachable, supportive, and took the time to explain things in a way I could fully understand. Thanks to her, I have been able to bring a very difficult chapter to a close, with a success outcome and I will always be grateful. I guess many people don't expect to have to use a solicitor unless your buying a property, but unfortunately we found ourselves in a situation where someone was suing us through no fault of our own so we had to defend it, Not knowing where to start we asked Palmers if they could help We were very lucky to have been put in the care of Jennifer and i say care because she really did. We had the best advise at all times and she got over to the others party exactly what we wanted to say but in legal terms. Jennifer would return any e-mails or telephone calls within a few hours so it felt good knowing you could get a reply without worrying about it. I would highly recommend Jennifer as she had much empathy for our situation which made it easy for us to talk to her. This has now been sorted and we can move on thank you Palmers and especially Jennifer Hitchin.
