Jacqui is a partner and head of the private client department, and deals mainly with complex Wills, disputed Wills and probates, inheritance tax planning and Court of Protection matters (including statutory Wills and gift applications). After graduating from York University with a degree in history and politics, Jacqui went on to do a PGDL and LPC at Nottingham Law School. Following this she carried out her training contract at a law firm in Scunthorpe, qualifying as a solicitor in 1997, before also working at law firms in Hull and Grimsby. Jacqui joined Bridge McFarland LLP in 2008 and is based at our Louth office. Jacqui is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists and the Law Society Private Client section. Jacqui is a past chair and active member of the Chamber of Commerce Board Council. She is a long standing member of Work Wise Women, a networking group for business women in North East Lincolnshire. She is also a member of the SWIISH (Supporting Women in Industry Surrounding the Humber) networking group.
