I instructed Charlotte to prepare my divorce on BTMK’s fixed fee scheme. My divorce proceeded quickly and without any problems. I was kept up to date at every stage of the divorce and provided assistance if required. Although I am on a low income I consider the amount I paid for the fixed fee is the best money I have spent, and the advice I received was invaluable in that period of my life.

Charlotte helped me when Social Services issued care proceedings concerning my child.
My child was returned to my care at the end of the proceedings. I found that Charlotte spoke to me like I was a person and not another case. She was professional and kept me up to date throughout the proceedings. Charlotte also made me feel confident throughout the proceedings, which was hard at times. I never lacked any confidence and would most definitely recommend her to act for any friends or family, which I have.

We would recommend Charlotte to anybody who is looking for a family solicitor.
We instructed Charlotte to help us in relation to our granddaughter. Charlotte secured an urgent Order to ensure that our granddaughter remained in our care and a final Order was granted after much fighting. Charlotte was always professional throughout the proceedings and provided support in a very stressful situation in our lives. We never felt that we could not ask any questions or that Charlotte did not have the time to talk to us. We would recommend Charlotte to anybody who is looking for a family solicitor.
