I was very pleased with the conveyancing carried out principally by Jack but also by Lisa in relation to the difficult sale of a leasehold flat (probate), made difficult because of the short lease and by expensive upcoming building works. I am very grateful that, through their persistence and hard work, we were successful in selling the flat allowing me now to complete the probate process.
