Excellent experience from start to finish. I liked the fact that Alexandra was professional in her appearance and manner but was friendly throughout. She asked me essential information only and explained clearly things I queried. I felt very comfortable in her prescence and found the whole thing amazingly stress free. Everything was done in a timely manner and communication was prompt. I could not fault her.
