    Creation of Will

I dealt with Helen Simpson at Woodfines Milton Keynes, setting up my will for the first time. I was concerned that this might be rather daunting but Helen was very professional throughout, quick to respond to my queries and amendments and gave some really useful advice about estate planning. I would definitely recommend this company.

    Redrafting Wills before getting married

My partner of 20+ years and I are getting married and we have a a complex and rather 'dysfunctional' family and a very vulnerable family member with learning difficulties. Helen has been amazing working through the various options with great understanding and sensitivity to family dynamics and her explanations of all the unfathomable legal phrases to a lay person were crystal clear and made the whole process so much easier. We only arranged our wedding at short notice, and Helen managed to complete all this work so quickly and efficiently. Her great expertise and professionalism is really appreciated.

    Handling the estate of parents.

Dealt with us in an efficient and sympathetic manner throughout that took the worry and anxiety out of a process that has to be done correctly or can cause you issues. The initial meeting was consise and the bulk of the discussions handled. Thereafter we were regularly updated and everything went through without issue. Getting the final report and breakdown reassured me that this was not something that I could have done myself.
