    Excellent service

    Myself and my husband wanted to make a change to our wills. We are both so glad we chose Cherrie to do this for us. From the initial phone call to the final dicuments signing, Cherrie was extremely helpful and professional. Cherrie explained every step in detail. She made sure we were happy with the choices we had made. And went through everything again, before the final wills were signed. Cherrie is very professional but also very knowledgable and helpful.     Codicil preparation

    Cherrie had prepared wills for us a few years ago. Now it was time to make an amendment we didn't hesitate to call on Cherrie's expertise again. Cherrie gave us the option of new wills or Codicils, we chose the latter. Cherrie handled the process in a very efficient and professional manner, and we would have no hesitation in recommending her services.

    No hassle creating our wills

    The overall service that my wife and myself received was excellent. From phoning for an appointment to the collection of the completed wills. The receptionists were very polite and attentive at all times. Cherrie Powell explained every point and option to us and really helped us make informed decisions in the construction of our wills. I would recommend this company to anybody wishing to have their will written up for them.

    Making my will.

    Preparation of my Will.

    Although JCP Solicitors has evolved over many years from the original company of Murray, Evans & Clinch that I first used in 1964, the standard of service has never varied from the high level it was then to the same high standard that Cheerie Powell awarded me in the writing of my Will. Her knowledge of all aspects was spectacular giving one the comfort that you were in very safe hands.
