We had been meaning to make Wills and Powers of Attorney for some time but were quite nervous about the process. However Andrea put our minds at ease and explained everything thoroughly in a professional manner over two visits to the Woolton office. We were impressed too how quickly documents were posted out to us for us to check. Overall a very impressive experience giving us confidence we have done the right thing.

During all interactions Andrea was open and friendly. She is a solicitor and therefore I was expecting to shell out lots of money. However, she read through the documentation and advised that no action was needed. She also explained why this was the case. And all that money? No charge! A pleasure to deal with you Andrea.
