I would like to acknowledge the compassion and sensitivity Jennifer has shown while supporting us through the clinical negligence investigation following the loss of our daughter. She handled every conversation with care and understanding, which made a painful process feel more manageable. At times, I found it difficult to follow the stages of the investigation and needed additional clarification, but Jennifer was always gentle and supportive when providing further information. Went to have 2 wills written. Hanna the solicitor was so helpful and supportive and even though a little complexed she was really patient and underdtanding. Everyone in the office was lovely to deal with. I woul highly recommend Maxwell Hodge Soilitors Maghull .

We used this solicitors for both sale and purchase conveyancing over the last 6 months. We found their communication fairly slow and, at times, almost dismissive. Of greater concern was multiple miscalculations on stamp duty and documents either not being sent to us or gone missing at their end. Seemed to be nice enough people but probably understaffed. Wouldn't be using again.
