Booking the intial appointment with Jennifer to discuss setting up our Wills was quick and easy. We went to Pamela for advice, wow! We had been turned away by previous solicitors and some had been quite rude but not Maxwell solicitors, they were so polite and accommodating we had a phone call from the lovely Pamela who listened to what was important to us, we then arranged to see her in person and she had such a lovely way with our 6 year old daughter it left us with full confidence that not only was she very efficient in her job but she was a kind natured person who genuinely cares about her clients. Whatever the outcome we are grateful!

To Will or not to Will

Seems a morbid thing to do but if I'm honest we all need to do this in creating a "Will" to leave our loved ones something, be that ££ or prized possessions, so that issues are not created in probate.

I had left this your years to get organised, and it was past few weeks that I thought, this is not an "old" persons thing to do, but something we all need to do at any age, you may have money, a house, children. Having a will removed many issues that your loved ones will face.

Never to young to get a will and Jennifer at Maxwell Hodge (Aintree) was fantastic, made this process so easy and with simple language, no leagalise!

Organising a will

Throughout the first time experience of organising a will, I was initially, apprehensive. Upon talking to maxwell hodge and Jennifer Monaghan, those fear’s subsided. The calm approach relaxed me and always giving me space to ask ‘ awkward’ questions and never feeling silly for asking them. The whole process was smooth and always advised in a calm, professional manner.

Yasmin dealt with our case incredibly sensitively. She was excellent at listening and evaluating evidence gathered & the question that arose from it. She was quick to assimilate what had already been achieved when she stepped into our case and excellent in organising the next steps which got things moving again. Yasmin adapted her communication to ensure clarity. She was kind, patient and empathetic to the issues involved in the case. We felt respected and supported throughout.
