      Clinical Negligence

      Medical clinical negligence claim

      I would like to acknowledge the compassion and sensitivity Jennifer has shown while supporting us through the clinical negligence investigation following the loss of our daughter. She handled every conversation with care and understanding, which made a painful process feel more manageable. At times, I found it difficult to follow the stages of the investigation and needed additional clarification, but Jennifer was always gentle and supportive when providing further information. Her kindness has been greatly appreciated.

      We used this solicitors for both sale and purchase conveyancing over the last 6 months. We found their communication fairly slow and, at times, almost dismissive. Of greater concern was multiple miscalculations on stamp duty and documents either not being sent to us or gone missing at their end. Seemed to be nice enough people but probably understaffed. Wouldn't be using again.
