To enhance our opportunity for growth and security, we have just completed the sale of 75% of our business to an international company. Standard of service much more than one can accept from a legal firm

HSR are setting the bar!
Since getting into business around 9 years ago I have used the services of several different law firms before moving to HSR and being left in the very capable hands of Melissa Squires.
In the past I had always came up against the same frustrations (Timescales overrunning, no return phone call when ringing the office, no reply to emails etc etc…).
I haven’t experienced any of this at HSR, in fact it’s quite the opposite.
I can’t praise Melissa and her team enough for the way that they operate and for their approach legal work.
I no longer have to take the time to call/email and push sales along (in fact she will email to remind me of upcoming important dates) and if I do need to call for advice or discuss a concern I either get straight through or receive a call back in good time in which my concerns are met with a positive proactive approach and it’s clear that there is a whole wealth of knowledge on different matters amongst the whole team should I need it to aid me or help represent my company in the best possible way with any business transactions.
They are a breath of fresh air 👏.

Professional and efficient service.
I have had the pleasure of working with Melissa a number of times now. She has excellent lines of communication at all times which is imperative to keep the sales moving in a timely manner.

Brilliant service from Melissa Squires
