My family has had a property sale and a purchase over the last couple of years. The first was a combined commercial and residential sale, very messy. Ryan and Rachel dealt with everything really efficiently. The recent purchase should have been straightforward, but wasn't. That was because of the 'other side' being difficult. But again Ryan and Rachel prevailed and all was well. I can recommend the team to handle property transactions and make things as smooth as possible while looking after the interests of their client. They are so easy to deal with, so human!

Not the greatest experience I've had, 7 mnth it took to sell my parents house, no personal interaction, repeatedly having to ring & chase up, perhaps better of with a small independent solicitors and not a conglomerate were your just not a number

Graham was recently my solicitor in the selling of a property. I was very happy with the service he provided.
