Quick Completion for SDLT Refund
Owing to the three year time limit on reclaiming higher rate SDLT, I ended up only having 6 weeks from accepting an offer to complete. I spoke with HSR right at the start (with Jasmine MacDonald) and asked if they could make the deadline - obviously dependant on the Buyer's solicitors also working to that date. Jasmine advised that it was achievable but we needed to move fast. 5½ weeks later we completed. I cannot recommend HSR, and specifically Jasmine, highly enough. She responded quickly to all my emails, gave me all the information I needed (or just asked for because I like to know everything) and was thoroughly professional throughout the whole procedure from start to finish. I would happily have paid twice the amount they charged for the service I got. 10/10.

Purchase of retirement flat
Great frustration due to the management company of the flats not providing the required management pack, attempts having been made several times to acquire the said pack.
The final outcome has been entirely satisfactory.

Outstanding, Detailed, Considerate, Sets the Standard
The team at HSR Law have been absolutely brilliant in coordinating the sale of my property and purchase of my next property. Effective, Quick, Precise, Pro-Active are just some of the descriptive terms that come to mind when I think of HSR Law.
They very much set the bar in my opinion, and demonstrated a relentless work ethic during my challenging time navigating the abyss that is selling and purchasing a house at the same time! Also being patient enough to explain some of the technical nuances is "English" for me, that you quickly learn about through the conveyancing process.
I also didn't expect to discover that my previous solicitor's had not completed the conveyancing correctly to a standard that is required, HSR very kindly picked up the slack and completed this work to ensure the sale of my property.
I cannot praise HSR enough and would highly recommend to anyone. For any future legal work needed, HSR will be my first choice every day.
