Development Land Purchase for Domestic Property
I chose Hay & Kilner, to help transact mine and my wife's purchase of a plot of land in Northumberland. I had worked with Hay & Kilner over many years in my own profession, having always found the Firm, their partners and staff to work to the highest standards, with a very personal approach. Although I had not worked with John previously, I had known him for many years in other firms before he joined Hay & Kilner. I was therefore aware of his excellent reputation as a commercial property lawyer. I knew that John's skills would be invaluable in navigating the purchase of the land and its development, especially in view of unique issues associated with building in an English National Park!
