Tim assisted us to a successful outcome in an unusually protracted and difficult surrender and regrant lease process. We were in a crisis situation and Tim was able to prioritise our matter, communicating with us sometimes several times a day to progress the case. This should have been a straightforward conveyancing for us, but the counterparty’s solicitor was so incompetent that the process dragged on for months unnecessarily. We asked Tim to assist us mid-way through the brief and take charge of the matter, and he immediately brought extensive knowledge of conveyancing law and the UK finance mortgage lender’s handbook, and unflagging diligence to our case. We couldn’t have asked for a more devoted or talented solicitor to bring our case to successful conclusion. Tim was a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend him without reservation.
