    Charlotte and James - You’ll always be famous in my house!

    I recently lost my brother unexpectedly, and dealing with everything that followed was one of the hardest experiences of my life. My early experiences with family, police, hospitals, coroners, etc were met with cruelty and dismissal at a time when I was already overwhelmed with grief. The first law firm I hired only made things worse and couldn’t answer my questions, offered no real support and I was left with more questions and a big bill. A friend of my brother’s recommended this firm, and from the moment I reached out to them, everything changed. James (A partner) and Charlotte (A solicitor) treated me with genuine care, compassion, and professionalism, guiding me through every step at a time when I truly needed it. Not only were my needs met, they were also anticipated. I learnt so much along the way and everything was explained in layman’s terms. Their support has been empathetic and exceptional, and I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again. If anyone is feeling uncertain about which firm to trust, I wholeheartedly recommend choosing them. 10/10 no notes!

    We used James McMullan and Charlotte Barbaroussis to have our Wills/LPAs amended. We felt that this process was a little more complex than usual. However, we were given suitable options in the present financial climate, to all questions asked and additional guidance on matters we had overlooked.
