Professional, Efficient & Friendly
My wife and I engaged RIAA Barker Gillette to prepare our wills and LPOA's. James McMullan and Charlotte Barbaroussis were the epitome of professionalism - responding quickly, talking us through the legalese, clearly answering any questions that we had. The final documents were issued in very quick time. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends, family, and colleagues.

Feedback
From the beginning to the end, the support we have received throughout the case with all the staff members has been far more than we expected, we got kept up to date with every single matter, I have had stressful few years but Charlotte and her team have been very supportive and understanding.. I cannot fault anything, they have always gone far and beyond and always kept us up to date with everything that was happening.

Probate
As executor of a will it was a relief for a solicitor to act on my behalf as though no disputes it was still a lengthy and complex process.
It was dealt with mostly by Charlotte B. who kept me informed at all times. She explained the process clearly and was able to answer any questions I had. She responded to any queries in a timely fashion.

Charlotte and James did a very professional Job
Also replied promptly to emails usually within an hour
And available to meet when necessary

Thoughtful and Diligent family law firm
I've used RIAA for both Wills and Nuptial agreements, as well as Deed in Trust. They are an intelligent and friendly group of people, looking out for their clients.
The only ding is 1) change of attorneys mid case due to the departure of previous and 2) an IT issue that delayed work for a few weeks. This is not the fault of the law firm so would still very much recommend.

Older People and LPAs
We used James McMullan and Charlotte Barbaroussis to have our Wills/LPAs amended. We felt that this process was a little more complex than usual. However, we were given suitable options in the present financial climate, to all questions asked and additional guidance on matters we had overlooked. We were kept informed of the process and contacted by Charlotte every step of the way and found her friendly, personable but polished, approachable and professional.

Divorce & Wills
I had my initial free consultation with Vandana Chitroda who was knowledgeable and excellent. When she left the firm, Pippa Marshall took over my case and together with Maheen Khalid, they both saw me through the remainder of my Divorce proceedings to an amicable end. Pippa is competent, thorough, and knowledgeable and was spot on with her advice and together with Maheen Khalid who played an extremely important supporting role throughout. James McMullan and Charlotte provided exceptional service with clear guidance on the preparation of my Will. I highly recommend the Firm as I feel they will guide appropriately and endeavour for the best outcome for their client and I trust their advice completely. Whilst I do not wish the situation on anyone, but somehow if you do find yourself in this difficult position, these are the Team you can trust completely. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Wills, Tax and Trusts
James McMullan, at what was Barker Gillette, has looked after my affairs for many years now and it is reassuring to have solicitors that I trust implicitly. Charlotte was an excellent addition to the team and I was impressed from her arrival with her prompt replies and general efficiency.
