    Purchase of residential property

    We used Lesley Quinn to handle the conveyancing in regard to the purchase of a property (23 Station Road, Cholsey). From beginning to end she was excellent. She answered emails/phone calls promptly and we were very impressed. She also had a lovely manner with us over the phone and spoke to us in layman’s terms. Excellent solicitor if you ever need one.

    Just wanted to acknowledge the help, professionalism and excellent support we received for our recent Sale and Purchase. This was a far from straightforward process hampered by a poor solicitor representing Buyer 1 for our property who deemed it okay to ask endless and unnecessary questions (in excess of 130 queries) which led to several delays. Lesley maintained her professionalism and kept us informed throughout. Buyer 1 ironically pulled out due to the delays - Lesley was a calming and reassuring presence whilst we vented our frustration! We found Buyer 2 relatively quickly and everything was dealt with efficiently and Lesley continued to support us as she always has through to exchange and completion.

    My third time purchasing property and how I wish I'd discovered this law firm sooner! Jennifer, Lesley and Claire worked on my purchase and I cannot think of a single fault. They were responsive to everything in a timely manner, got the sale through thoroughly and to the date I wanted.
