Jennifer and the team remained very patient with my transaction, delayed by valuer/lender requirements, purchasing from my parents who really didn’t see the need for solicitors, and the then collapse of the solicitors my parents did instruct. I really appreciate the proactivity shown by Jennifer when my parents solicitors, PM Law (yup), had an SRA intervention; in fact Jennifer had told me about this before my parents even knew so I was able to get them to appoint new solicitors asap. Jennifer also had everthing ready to deal with the new solicitors to ensure there were no further delays. Jennifer was also easy to approach and was happy to answer my questions, and also happy to explain things to me as a first-time buyer. Thank you Jennifer for making what I was expecting to be the hardest part of the purchase as smooth as possible.
