Jennifer was brilliant when buying our first house
We were buying our first house and had heard the horror stories about the conveyancing process. Jennifer immediately gave us confidence and throughout the process was incredibly pro-active, re-assuring, and informative. No question felt too silly to ask. Her advice was always very helpful and prompt. Excellent value service. Cannot recommend Jennifer (and Kinga) enough.

I received excellent service from Jennifer Thomas and her associates, including Kinga Jastrzebska. The conveyancing on my mother's house was handled with kindness, courtesy and efficiency. Highly recommend
Jennifer handled the purchase of our flat in Reading, and did an exceptional job. I can say this with some certainty as we have bought and sold ten previous properties over the country so have considerable experience with many conveyancing solicitors. Without doubt Jennifer has been one of the best. She is competent and knowledgeable on the legal processes, which is a minimum requirement in my view. Where she excels is in her proactive approach, taking the initiative to anticipate and avoid problems, dealing promptly and effectively with all aspects of the transaction, responding immediately to any communications, and taking ownership to get the job done. I would highly recommend her.

I am writing this review to comment on the excellent service experienced from Jennifer Thomas and her colleagues at the Clifton Ingram Wokingham office.
Having previously used Clifton Ingram on another conveyancing matter, I didn't hesitate to go back to them as the previous experience was positive.
We were lucky enough to be partnered with Jennifer. From the start, communications were clear and appropriately focused. Jennifer was able to explain the stages of the process to us so that everything made sense. Any lack of understanding from ourselves was nullified by Jennifer with a sense of humour and a balanced explanation.
The full service was completed swiftly and comprehensively and we have been able to move into our new home with no stress. Thanks to Jennifer, Kinga and all other colleagues. We will happily use Clifton Ingram again.
