Sarah has been fantastic. We used Tozers for moving house and she has been helpful all along the way as well as very professional. In the end it proved better than going for a cheap national solicitor.

House sale
We were new to buying houses in the UK. Sarah supported and guided us through the process. She made the process smooth and easy. I would recommend Sarah to anybody buying a house.

Excellent conveyancing service
Throughout the whole process of buying a house, Sarah has been helpful, efficient, and friendly. I was kept informed of updates and given good advice when there were issues. As a first time buyer I had many questions - Sarah responded promptly to emails and explained things clearly. Would recommend Tozers and will happily use their services again.

Great service
We were moving to the area and decided the solicitors we had used for the previous 34 years weren't local enough. Tozers were recommend by our son following his house purchase. We are glad we took his recommendation. Sarah and her team at Tozers have kept us aware of how the purchase was going at all times. The purchase wasn't straight forward but we have been reassured by the professionalism of the Tozer team. We would certainly recommend them and plan to use them for upcoming wills and power of attorney.

Excellent Conveyancing
Tozers were excellent from start finish. My solicitor was Sarah Russell who I highly recommend. She was clear, calm, and helpful throughout the whole process. When I needed guidance or advice she was quick to respond. She responded well to the estate agents and other solicitors from the buyer when required. She did an absolutely fantastic job!

Attention to detail
Not an easy sale/buy… but sarah was wonderfully patient - having lost first buyer and waning to
Not loose the house is put an offer on.
Ended up trying to organise a loan from various siblings and partner. So stressful -re everyone having to proof of not money laundering- never again !!!- luckily - I got a 2nd buyer

Sale of sisters property
