Michael McNally is the worst
I recommend you avoid dealing with Micheal McNally at the Norwich branch, even if recommended by your Estate Agent (who gets £200 for referring them). We're well over three months into our straightforward property sale and are yet to exchange, with no date set to exchange, even though we asked him to ensure it was by the end of November. His delays caused us to lose the rental we were meant to move into and the holding deposit. He lied about sending documents to our Buyer's Solicitor, and failed to chase people or get the documents needed. He refuses to answer the phone and is rude if you pursue him, and has generally made everything much more stressful than it needed to be. There is no complaints procedure on their website, and it's obvious why. From looking at Companies House, it's a family-run business made up of staff who work remotely and are a law unto themselves. I will be seeking legal advice and speaking to the Ombudsman.

Selling my property
We were recommended LLG by our estate agent and we had a phone call straight away and they explained about what they were going to do and in layman’s terms and did exactly what they said they would do kept us informed all the way

Efficient excellence
Michael McNally and Amber Howarth dealt with my case. They were efficient from the start to the end, five weeks later, keeping me fully informed through the online portal. I would highly recommend.

Excellent service

Extremely poor customer service from Michael McNally and Amber Howarth
Michael and Amber dealt with the sale and purchase of my recent home move. Throughout the process there were a number of time when emails were sent and they were completely ignored by both Michael and Amber. When chasing them up on a response I would then received emails from Amber full of attitude, unprofessionalism and just general rudeness. This treatment made the whole experience extremely stressful and I would never use them again. Since completing I have sent 3 emails with no response whatsoever. Shocking service and would recommend people avoid them at all costs.
