We were pleased with the assistance we received both for our recent house purchase and house sale, which proceeded smoothly. During Jade's short absence on leave, we were also very grateful for the active assistance provide by Sahar Ahmad during the period of exchange of contracts. I would however suggest that a more reliable telephone answering service should be provided during office hours by Leadenhall, as on several instances I was unable to make direct contact but was invited (by a machine) to leave a message.
