Professional and friendly
I contacted scullions regarding family issues I was having regarding child access arrangements with my ex wife. Judith Higson from day one was very professional, friendly and direct with me which I really appreciated as I have never dealt with these type of issues before. She gave me fantastic advice and genuinely wanted to find a resolution to my problems that would suit all parties involved but mainly what would be best for my children. I would definitely recommend Scullion Law if your having any family problems that you can not resolve between yourselves and I would certainly recommend using Judith as she works one on one with you and she responds very quickly to all your questions and she’s extremely knowledgeable in family law so you can trust her to find a way to end your problems one way or the other.

Judith higson - would use again
I had a worrying case and I was unsure about the process. The entire process was explained systematically throughout by Judith. Anything I was unsure about she answered very promptly and made sure I understood. She was also very realistic which I was keen on.

Excellent 5 Star Company
Right from the start, this company was professional, friendly and efficient. I was able to secure an appointment quickly, and Judith was very thorough in our initial Zoom consultation, gathering information, and offering advice immediately, and explained her vision for moving forward with the case. She followed up with emails, as promised, and asked for approval, before proceeding with correspondence, and the next steps. She was responsive and delivered on everything, in a timely manner. 5 Star Service- Great team- Very Supportive and Proactive
Scullion Law is a fantastic law firm who have helped me greatly through the purchase of my first home. I have had involvement with several members of the team who have helped me to submit bids/notice of interest as well as finalising paperwork on my ideal property. The whole process was smooth and efficient and as a first-time buyer I felt I was very well supported. All information and correspondence was sent in a timely manner, and everyone was helpful in answering any questions I had. As I was not always able to answer the phone due to the nature of my job, Scullion Law staff were great in keeping me up to date by email and or arranging calls around times I was more likely to be available. I would like to give a special thanks to Nick Harbison who was the solicitor who helped me through my purchase. He has been really professional, and I appreciate all the help and time he has given. I would also like to thank Stacey Hamilton and Stuart Gilmour who helped me through the bidding process as well as informing me of what documentation was required throughout. I would also like to thank Judith Higson who called me to offer free family law advice and who also offered clarification when I had some questions about documentation that was required to be completed. More than happy

Child Access
Scullion Law have acted admirably on my behalf. Although the case has not been completed, it has filled me with confidence from the start.
I initially instructed Scullion to be my lawyers after not having faith in my previous one.
The difference was night and day; constant communication, made well aware of the process, and kept up to date and advised at all times.
The pricing was higher than my previous solicitor, however we are all aware you pay for the quality you receive. I cannot fault them one bit and I am certainly happy how Judith has handled my case so far, assisted by Samantha at times.
