Minute of Agreement and transfer

I cannot recommend Judith Higson highly enough. Judith took on my divorce case during a very difficult and complicated time, and from the very beginning, she has impressed me with her professionalism, thoroughness, and clear understanding of the issues at hand.

Invaluable advice and guidance
Judith has acted for me in an advisory capacity the past during my separation, which thankfully never went through the courts. I recently spent sometime updating with a change or circumstances, asking for advice and guidance, which she duly provided. This armed me with the information I needed to take the next step, and I would have no hesitation in asking Judith to act on my behalf going forward, should it be required. Judith Higson from Scullion Law acted for my stepdaughter in a very complex child custody and relocation case.
From the beginning she was extremely professional and absolutely meticulous, guiding my stepdaughter through all the court processes, and with her Advocate, presenting to the Sheriff the strongest possible case.
Judith was available at all times, working evenings and weekends to keep us informed of progress and always quick to respond to questions.
