This was one of the most professional service we have ever had. We've used 2 different Solicitors before for our numerous property purchases over the years but whilst their services were good, nothing could compare to the level of exceptional services provided by Stephen Rimmer LLP, in particular to one person Jessica (Russell) Harris, it was so refreshing to have a solicitor that you never needed to chase, who would return you calls and messages usually the same day on the odd occasion that she didn't pick up. We were always kept updated on progress and everything was actioned promptly. We could go on and on but would say we have found our solicitor for the future. From start to finish with my house purchase and sale. Jess has been on the ball with. Emails are replied to immediately. Calls are replied to promptly if jess misses your call. By far the best experience of a solicitors I’ve ever had in my many purchases in the past Will definitely be using Jess again. I recently bought a flat through Stephen Rimmer solicitors. It was at an auction so I needed an urgent pack review before I placed a bid. Jessica Russell was my contact and solicitor. I have to say she was absolutely amazing, always took my calls where should could and if not called me back that day. She gave wonderful insights and did a thorough deep dive with her team and found out that there were undisclosed works in the pipeline which would have cost me a further £20,000 which ultimately I managed to get off the cost of the property. Without her support and insights I would have significantly over paid. Well and truly worth the money I paid for sure. Her personal approach was brilliant and made the whole transaction so much smoother and palatable than it otherwise could have been. With such a great experience for a fair price I go back to her for my next purchase. I did not have much to do with the rest of the team but they were always polite and helpful which is all you can ask for. Jessica was the hero of the day for me.
