Commercial Property Sale
Our purchasers required completion by 22nd December just three weeks after we accepted their offer.
There was a great deal of documentation etc., to complete and submit, but incredibly Nicky had everything in place by the required date. What a pity the purchasers' solicitors weren't as efficient! Completion took place on 12th January. Thank you Nicky for your perseverance.
